when life gives you lemonade, make lemons. life will be all like "what?!?"

Just arrived home from a devotional featuring Vocal Point, an a cappella group from BYU Provo (they were on the show The Sing Off last year). It was pretty amazing. It made me miss performing a bit, and they had some really great messages too!


This Sunday has been so insightful. Sometimes experiences can help you realize how much you have grown. It is very empowering. I have no regrets.


I have new motivation. I am going to go on a run tomorrow morning, and I will make an earnest effort to eat more protein/ food without feeling ill afterward (cross my fingers), I would prefer to avoid a doctor visit.
